1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Human Hybrid Project website, member portal, programs, books, coaching, or any other service we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including books, articles, programs, video, audio, frameworks (Function · Mindset · Purpose; The Triple Layer Test; The Living System of Hybrid Expression; etc.), and any AI-generated coaching responses — is owned by Human Hybrid Project, LLC or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Services; share account access with others; use the Services for any unlawful purpose; harass other members; scrape or harvest data; or attempt to circumvent security measures.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HUMAN HYBRID PROJECT, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Human Hybrid Project, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via your profile page. See our Privacy Policy for data-deletion details.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
