Our products deliver their value immediately — instant digital access, physical goods produced and shipped to order, and coaching time reserved specifically for you. For that reason, all sales are final. The one exception is subscription membership, covered below. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions first — we're glad to help before you buy.
Digital Products (PDF books, e-books, programs)
Digital products grant immediate, downloadable access to their full contents the moment you purchase. Because of that, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If a technical issue ever prevents you from accessing something you paid for, email support@humanhybridproject.com with your order ID and we'll make sure you receive it.
Physical Products (hardcover books, journals)
All physical product sales are final and non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@humanhybridproject.com with your order ID and a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
1:1 Coaching
Coaching reserves Michael's time and capacity specifically for you, and preparation begins the moment you enroll. Because of that, all 1:1 coaching purchases are final and non-refundable. Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled in good faith with reasonable notice; sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
Subscriptions (The Tribe membership)
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancelling is as simple as signing up. Cancellation stops future billing; no refund is issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first [14] days receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable — Summary
- All digital products (e-books, PDFs, programs) — final at purchase
- All physical products — final at purchase (damaged or defective items are replaced, not refunded)
- All 1:1 coaching engagements — final at purchase
Processing Time
Where a refund is due under this policy — an eligible annual-subscription cancellation — it is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
