Refund Policy

Human Hybrid Project stands behind every product. If a purchase isn't right for you, this policy explains how and when you can request a refund.

Digital Products (PDF books, e-books, programs)

You may request a full refund within [14 / 30] days of purchase if:

Submit refund requests to support@humanhybridproject.com with your order ID.

Physical Products (hardcover books, journals)

You may return physical items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return: email support@humanhybridproject.com with your order ID. We'll send return instructions.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching engagements may be cancelled within [7] days of the first scheduled session for a full refund. After the first session, refunds are prorated based on sessions completed.

Subscriptions (The Tribe membership)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; no refund is issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first [14] days receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
